Gribb offers a driver app that really engages your drivers. Using the app, the driver can compare his/her performance with his peer group. The driver receives microlearnings based on his behaviour. In case a driver uses multiple vehicles, he can connect to a vehicle by using the log-in functionality so the fleet manager knows exactly which driver used which vehicle at what day.

Before starting a shift a pre-departure check can be carried out by the driver. This report is sent digitally to the fleet manager. Damage (including pictures) can be reported digitally and is directly visible in the portal of the fleet manager. The app offers a driver challenge so the drivers of a hub, region or country can participate in a competition among their peers. Output of the driver challenge is shared with the department of HR in the desired format so they can take care of implementation of the remuneration structure.
