Recommended Vehicle Update

Everything we build in BlueArrow Fuel is trying to make monitoring your fuel cards as quick and easy as possible. With that in mind, we’re excited to announce our newest major feature – Automatically Recommending the Correct Vehicle for a transaction!

One of the most common reasons for a location mismatch is that a driver used the fuel card for a different vehicle. This means when we look up the location of that vehicle, it won’t be at the gas station and the fuel level won’t change, triggering fraud alerts. While it will initially look suspicious, after spending a lot of time tracking down exactly what happened, you’ll find out it was just the incorrect card used.

With this new feature, BlueArrow Fuel will automatically recommend the correct vehicle by looking at the gas station location to see if any vehicles in your fleet were there at the time of the transaction. We’ll also display the fuel level change in case there were multiple vehicles there so you can choose the one that matches the amount of fuel purchased. This will take what could’ve been a long, drawn out process, and instead allow you to resolve this alert in just a few seconds!
