To share your data with Cover Whale,

1. Use the Click to Begin button at the top right of the page, or click here to access the authorization form.
2. Complete the authorization form to allow Geotab to share your telematics data with Cover Whale.
3. The authorization form must be signed by a database administrator who has access to the Company Group. 
4. A follow-up email will be sent to the database administrator to confirm the authorization to share. Don’t forget to click Confirm when you receive a confirmation email as Geotab will not start sharing your telematics data until this confirmation has been received. 
5. You’re now ready to request your quote from Cover Whale! Please visit https://geotab.americanfleetinsurance.com/ or contact your Cover Whale agent. 

You can revoke your data authorization request at any time by completing the Data Revocation form. Once this revocation form has been received and processed by Geotab, we will stop sharing your Telematics Data.
