After downloading this custom report, follow these steps:

Upload Custom Report

• In the database, select Administration > Reports > Dashboard or E-mailed Reports.
• Upload the custom report by selecting the Add Excel file button at the top.

To configure this report, you will need to apply additional settings.

• Specify the groups for viewers in the dropdown menu
• Select ‘Yes’ to Show report in dropdown list
• Upon completion, select Save at the top

You can find the report under the Safety > Log Data & Collisions > Report Dropdown > Fuel Tax Distance Records (IFTA). When running this report in preparation for an IFTA audit, it is recommended that you run this report for one vehicle for a period of no more than 7 days.
