After spending over 20 years in the transport industry, an opportunity presented itself to Bruce Gunter which led to the beginning of Prodrive Compliance back in 2013. Prodrive has grown steadily in that time with the recent forming of a partnership with Brendon Ryan from Rhino Compliance. We pride ourselves in our attention to detail and realistic approach to daily issues that face road transport operators on a regular basis.

The industry has become the most heavily regulated line of work in the country and our aim is to help, educate and support on an ongoing basis. Our background in Management, Auditing, Chain of Responsibility, Operations, Subcontractor Management and Scheduling has allowed us to be able to assist transport companies in all areas of their business. And our years spent behind the wheel means that we can also see things from a driver’s perspective and can simplify the daily compliance needs for them while training them in their obligations as employees.

Our focus has been to help where it’s needed. Most transport companies out there give it their all – they either do it well, are trying to do it well or simply wish they knew how to do it well. And they’re all individual which means that their systems need to be as well. We pride ourselves with being able to work with the client to tailor their compliance processes to suit the business structure that they’re in and ensure that what we put together for the client reflects their operation. Generic processes are a thing of the past due to the level of Compliance needed in this day and age.
