Sensata INSIGHTS’ XT4600 series offers low-cost location tracking for stationary or moving assets with indoor-to-outdoor flexibility. Ideal for distribution centers and warehouses inundated with locating — and quickly shipping — inventory, the XT4600 ensures the search for inventory or equipment is minimal.

The XT4600 includes a “report me now” function, which quickly reports the location and timestamps when pressed. Ruggedized yet simple to manage, this device meets the various requirements of different tracking scenarios with motion/no motion accelerometer-based reporting. The tracker is powered by two alkaline AA batteries in an IP66-rated enclosure. A capacitive on-device touch button allows the device to be easily turned on or off.

For monitoring location, the XT4600 receives MAC addresses from up to 10 WiFi access points in the area at a time. It reports position on a map with WiFi-RX accuracy of up to 30m and A-GPS accuracy of up to 2.5m.
