It addresses operational blind spots related to asset location, utilization, and condition by providing continuous broadcast-based visibility with exceptionally low power consumption.
The device leverages Bluetooth 5.0 / 5.1 technology with long-range transmission exceeding 100 meters line-of-sight. Adaptive advertisement profiles allow the AssetTag to increase reporting frequency during motion and conserve power during idle periods, enabling typical battery life of five years and extending up to eight years depending on configuration.
The AssetTag integrates a comprehensive sensor suite, including temperature, pressure, accelerometer, gyroscope, and magnetic sensors. This enables not only asset identification and location correlation but also condition monitoring, motion detection, orientation awareness, and tamper detection. Pressure and compass data support vertical and contextual awareness in multi-level or constrained environments.
Designed for harsh industrial conditions, the AssetTag features an IP68/69-rated enclosure, wide operating temperature range, and vibration resistance. Flexible mounting options allow fast attachment to equipment, tools, containers, and mobile assets without permanent installation or external power.
