CabSupport combines a driver tablet app with a web dashboard to provide a remote support and screen-sharing utility optimized for low data usage. The CabSupport app (which includes a home screen call widget) allows drivers to request support, accept or decline incoming calls, and optionally share their tablet screen. The web dashboard allows support agents to view support requests, monitor when a driver is safely available for a call, view their assigned vehicle, and place calls to the driver.
