How to set up (on Geotab)
- In MyGeotab, navigate to People ⇒ Users & Drivers ⇒ Add
- On the new user page configure as following:
- User (Email) — use the following convention to enter the new user
- Email:
- service-clue-XXXXXX@getclue.com
- Replace the XXXXXX with your company name, e.g. service-clue-LAconstruction@getclue.com
- Password — create a strong password and share it with Clue by emailing your account manager or support@getclue.com.
- Force password change on next login — toggle to No.
- Security clearance — View Only
- Data access — select Everything.
- Select “Save” at the top of the page.
How to set up (with partner)
- Visit the Clue Insights website.
- Click on the "Login" button and “Create an Account”
- Follow the registration process to create your Clue Insights account. You will need to provide your email address, phone number and create a password.
- After signing up, log in to your Clue Insights account using your email address and password.
- Contact your Clue Insights account manager or email support@getclue.com to complete in the add-in installation process
