How to set up (on Geotab)

  • In MyGeotab, navigate to People Users & Drivers Add
  • On the new user page configure as following:
  • User (Email) — use the following convention to enter the new user
  • Email:
  • service-clue-XXXXXX@getclue.com
  • Replace the XXXXXX with your company name, e.g. service-clue-LAconstruction@getclue.com
  • Password — create a strong password and share it with Clue by emailing your account manager or support@getclue.com.
  • Force password change on next login — toggle to No.
  • Security clearance — View Only
  • Data access — select Everything.
  • Select “Save” at the top of the page.


How to set up (with partner)

  • Visit the Clue Insights website.
  • Click on the "Login" button and “Create an Account”
  • Follow the registration process to create your Clue Insights account. You will need to provide your email address, phone number and create a password.
  • After signing up, log in to your Clue Insights account using your email address and password.
  • Contact your Clue Insights account manager or email support@getclue.com to complete in the add-in installation process
