Instructions
- From MyGeotab, navigate to the main menu and secet Administration > System...> ELD Settings Validator.
- Select the Show Help button at the top of the page for an explanation of each of the fields.
Users Tab
- In instances where the field reads "No" is an indication that the driver is missing the corresponding information for that field. Select the information icon on the right hand side for quick access to the Driver's User Settings.
- Fill in the missing information and select Save at the top of the screen.
Vehicles Tab
- In instances where the field reads "No" is an indication that the driver is missing the corresponding information for that field. Select the information icon on the right hand side for quick access to the Vehicle's Edit page.
- Fill in the missing information and select Save at the top of the screen.
FMCSA Offices Tab
Provides information contact information for service centers and FMCSA field offices in the United States. These offices are here to answer your questions and to provide you with guidance concerning the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
Support
Geotab serves as the initial intake point for all support requests and performs triage to rule out core platform issues.
If the issue is identified as Order Now partner-specific, Geotab Support gathers the required information and transfers the request to the Order Now provider, who assumes ownership for resolution.
For support, please contact your Geotab Reseller or open a case through the Geotab support channel.
Important: Include the Order Now solution name and serial number (IMEI / DRID / etc.) in your request to enable faster triage and accurate routing.
