To share your data with InShare,
- Use the Click to Begin button at the top right of the page, or click here to access the authorization form.
- Complete the authorization form to allow the Insurance Partner to access your Geotab data.
The authorization form must be signed by a database administrator who has access to the Company Group. - A follow-up email will be sent to the database administrator to confirm the authorization to share. Don’t forget to click Confirm when you receive a confirmation email as Geotab will not start sharing your telematics data until this confirmation has been received.
You can revoke your data authorization request at any time by completing the Data Revocation form. Once this revocation form has been received and processed by Geotab, we will cease sharing your Telematics Data.
Our insurance offering is designed for Final Mile Delivery operators with owned/leased fleet sizes of 10-100 Class 2-6 vehicles (cargo vans to box trucks). We focus on short-haul operations involving residential and commercial delivery of parcels, home/office supplies, groceries, beverages, hardware, equipment, auto parts, appliances and electronics.
Our coverages are tailored to meet the requirements of Amazon’s DSP program:

- In the DSP space, Amazon Logistics very recently allowed US insurance providers to gain direct access to DSP telematics data via Geotab with DSP consent. Insurance provider access to this vitally important data set promises to broaden DSP access to insurance markets.
- As a dedicated Final Mile insurer, InShare will use the telematics data to identify preferred risks and offer highly competitive pricing to those customers. We also plan to use the data to develop new product offerings for DSP’s and others in the Final Mile space.
- Later in 2024, Geotab plans to offer a “look back” capability, enabling insurance providers to efficiently access a Final Mile operator’s telematics history for the prior 6 months as part of the new business underwriting process. This will remove burdens on brokers and Final Mile operators, and will greatly increase data quality and the confidence of underwriters considering new business opportunities. InShare will be a first-mover when that product becomes available.
- InShare also plans to partner with Xtract 360 in 2024 to accelerate claims reporting and accident evaluation using a combination of Geotab telematics data and Netradyne dashcam video. This tool set promises to enable faster, proactive resolution of claims which benefits both Final Mile operators and their insurers.

- Commercial Auto Liability: Protection against financial loss due to auto accidents resulting in bodily injuries or damage to the property of 3rd parties, including the costs of defense counsel. We offer a $1M combined single limit (CSL) and options for reduced limits if desired.
- Auto Physical Damage: Protection against loss or damage to vehicles you own, lease or rent. Collision and comprehensive coverage with a breadth of deductible options to meet your risk management needs and the requirements of lease/rental contracts.
- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) Coverage and Personal Injury Protection (PIP). Protecting drivers in the event of injuries or damages caused by others, and no-fault medical coverage in the event of an accident causing injury. Tailored coverage to meet State minimum coverage requirements with options for higher limits if desired.
- Cargo Legal Liability. Protection for the loss of or damage to cargo that you transport. Breadth of limits and deductible options to meet your needs.
- General Liability (coming soon). Protection against non-auto related injuries or property damage sustained by 3rd parties. Limits of $1M/occurrence with $2M aggregate.
- Lease Gap and Rental Reimbursement. Optional coverages to protect against financial loss when a leased vehicle is damaged in an accident, and to cover rental vehicle costs in the event that a vehicle is out of service due to an accident.
AI and WOS: Broad form additional insured and waiver of subrogation endorsements (required by Amazon Logistics and many fleet management companies).
