Kaleidoscope’s Field Service Management Solution (FSMS) is an easy-to-use cloud-based software platform that is tailored for small to midsize service companies (plumbing, electrical, etc.) FSMS is a “run your business” application which handles the flow of work from the initial customer call to efficient scheduling, dispatching of technicians, documentation of work performed, invoicing, mapping and reporting. Service companies make up a large percentage of Geotab’s end-use clients, and these types of applications are becoming more prevalent in the SMB market. Kaleidoscope’s offering allows Geotab resellers to integrate their telematics offering, using single sign-on, with an FSMS solution.

Large telematics providers have developed or acquired FSMS applications to merge with their telematics offerings and call their own. Kaleidoscope’s white-labelled solution allows Geotab resellers to go to market with their own branded FSMS.
