Operative IQ allows all aspects of fleet maintenance to be managed digitally and centrally from the creation of field based or scheduled maintenance tickets to document completed work. Create maintenance schedules with multiple triggers (mileage, hours or time duration) to determine when maintenance is due, and build custom maintenance forms to allow fleet departments to capture critical information when work is being completed.
Fleet personnel can communicate directly to drivers in the field regarding the status of a work order or to inquire additional details needed to complete the job through Operative IQ's Check Sheet. Files, receipts, spreadsheets and documents can be easily uploaded where all vehicle data is centrally accessible. Fleet supplies can be managed in our system and itemized to specific work tickets, and emailed alerts and custom reports can be scheduled to alert fleet managers of maintenance due.
Operative IQ Fleet Maintenance is a complete solution that brings together field level inspection data, Geotab odometer readings and alerts and scheduled maintenance into a single work order system. Fleet managers can communicate with the field on reported issues, code maintenance using VMRS coding, manage inventory and build custom reports and status boards to support their operations.
