Support
Geotab serves as the initial intake point for all support requests and performs triage to rule out core platform issues.
If the issue is identified as Order Now partner-specific, Geotab Support gathers the required information and transfers the request to the Order Now provider, who assumes ownership for resolution.
For support, please contact your Geotab Reseller or open a case through the Geotab support channel.
Important: Include the Order Now solution name and serial number (IMEI / DRID / etc.) in your request to enable faster triage and accurate routing.
