SpartanLync’s Tire Pressure and Temperature Monitoring System, Valor Commercial, increases safety and reduces maintenance costs and fuel expenses by monitoring vehicle tires. 

With sensors installed inside the tires, air pressure and temperature are measured every 4 seconds. Within moments, these values are wirelessly transmitted to the cab display, either directly or via transceiver. The display identifies each sensor and evaluates the data, showing each tire’s position, air pressure and temperature. 

It is common for brake drag and wheel end failures to cause increased tire temperature. With configurable alerts and warnings, drivers are notified when any problem is detected. Avoid potentially dangerous accidents caused by a blow out, while staying ahead of regular tire maintenance by detecting leaks. Tire data can be downloaded or sent to fleet managers in real-time, for optimized fleet management.
