WingDriver

WingDriver is an AI driver-safety system that runs on any smartphone. Using the phone/tablet selfie camera, it monitors the driver in real time, detecting distraction, fatigue, sleep, phone use, speeding and harsh manoeuvres, and alerts the driver before a risk becomes a crash. As software, it reaches vehicles hardware never could, from gig cars to motorcycles, with over-the-air deployment and per-driver pricing. It includes gamified coaching, one-press SOS, a risk dashboard, and an SDK and API. Founded in 2021 by André Azevedo and Rui Monteiro after both survived fatigue crashes, WingDriver serves ride-hailing, logistics and insurers.
