Help give drivers better guidance on following Hours of Service regulations. During instances where a driver is close to running out of hours to work, this dashboard or emailed report alerts administrators within a default set time frame of 30 minutes every time a driver approaches potential rest, driving, duty, workday or cycle violations. This not only identifies any drivers that need attention during a work day but also creates an opportunity for administrators to improve processes to avoid any future downtime and commercial losses associated with HOS violations.

To change the default values, users can edit highlighted cells in the Report sheet in the report. The recommended format for the report is either email or dashboard. Like other Geotab reports, this report can be modified to show violations by driver groups in the company. This report can also show a comparison by HOS rule set of the driver
