See the collision before it happens

RECON scores drivers and vehicles on collision likelihood and surfaces the profiles that are trending the wrong way, so a safety manager is working from a ranked list rather than from last quarter’s incident log. Which vehicles are scored depends on the system and plan you run. This is the part of the platform we are building hardest on, and it is why MANTIS exists.

Cameras only protect you if they’re working

Most camera systems tell you nothing until the day you need footage. MANTIS Health reports the condition of every camera, memory system and connection in the fleet, so a failure arrives as an alert instead of as a gap in an investigation. You will know when something is wrong. That is a different promise from a guarantee the footage is always there, and it is the one we can hold.

Stream straight from the camera memory system. Find the day, find the trip, scrub to the moment. No pre-downloading before you can look, no ten-second segments to stitch back together. Choose the cameras, choose the length, add a comment, send it to the Evidence Center.

Harsh braking, severe steering, AI alerts and panic button presses upload on their own. Filter and search by any parameter, flag a clip for the insurer or for coaching, record the outcome, and share the incident report internally or with a third party. When the demand letter lands, the file is already built.

Connectivity that doesn’t stop at the county line

MANTIS runs true multi-network connectivity. The vehicle roams onto the strongest available signal rather than sitting in one carrier’s dead zone, which is the difference between a live stream from a yard in West Texas and a spinning wheel.

Hardware for the vehicle you actually run

Orion is our dashcam for light commercial vehicles: forward and driver-facing, with MANTIS Health and multi-network connectivity included. MANTIS 6, 8 and 12 are multi-camera systems for heavier vehicles, with the channel count in the name and cameras in any configuration, front, driver, side, rear or load. A Class 8 tractor-trailer typically runs up to 8. Specialist vehicles go to 24. AI camera options are available across the range.

One agreement, not four

RECON is sold as MANTIS as a Service. Hardware, platform, connectivity and support on a single agreement, with no capital line and no separate data contract.
