Digital Matter Implementation Process for Geotab:

Placing Orders:

  • Email Dallas Owens at dallas@bluearrowmail.com to place an order. We will need the
    following details:
    ○ Device type needed
    ○ Quantity of devices requested
    ○ Shipping location
    ○ Requested parameters and device plan
    ○ End user details

Next Steps:

  • BlueArrow will confirm the order. Once the order is confirmed, our team will work to
    assemble, configure and do final testing on the devices, before shipping. We typically
    turn orders around in 2 business days.
  • Once the devices are shipped, we will send the Reseller the list of Geotab serial
    numbers for them to add to the customer’s Geotab database.
  • Reseller or Customer will be responsible for renaming the devices inside of MyGeotab,
    once installed.

No other configuration is required.
